Rose's House is cozy, with spacious and bright rooms.
The house is located on the S.S. 113 and about 1 km from the Trabia highway junction, so it is well connected to reach Palermo or other tourist resorts such as Cefalù.
In 10 minutes on foot you will reach the town of San Nicola L'arena, a small seaside resort but equipped with all necessary services.

The house is by the sea and the terrace overlooks, on one side, the "Vetrana" beach with shallow waters and crystal clear waters and on the other side the port of San Nicola L'arena and its ancient castle. In 10 minutes on foot you will reach the village of San Nicola L'arena, a small seaside town but equipped with all necessary services.
Nearby are unique seaside places with beaches and cliffs and lush hilly landscapes.
During the beautiful summer days it is possible to organize a dinghy trip to discover the beauty of the coast starting from San Nicola l'Arena passing by the Norman Tower coast, to the tuna fishery of Solanto, to the Formica reserve, to the Santa Nicolicchia cove, continuing northward, we find the crystal clear waters of Capo Zafferano until we reach the famous Arco Azzurro (symbol of the famous Baci Perugina kisses) and the bay of the French with its crystal waters of a thousand colors.
Nearby, the archaeological site of Solunto, one of the most important Phoenician colonies in the Mediterranean, attracts history enthusiasts from all over the world.
A half-hour drive takes you to the Madonie nature reserve, thanks to which Sicily will amaze you with its rich and varied vegetation, its mountain landscapes and its snow-capped peaks in winter.

Access for guests
In the garden, guests have the possibility to park one car.
Inside the house there are 2 technical rooms in which guests will not have access.

Transfers to/from the airport, car rental and boat excursions available by reservation.

Other things to keep in mind
Garbage collection is mandatory in the house.
Disposal will be the responsibility of the host.
Please remember to make the reservation with the exact number of guests who will be staying in the house and promptly report the later entry of additional guests than the reservation.
