Our Villa, Vista Del Tramonto is fully furnished to a high standard with all modern comforts including a 50" TV plus sound system, air conditioning to all bedrooms and Wi-Fi. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people on the lower level. Our property boasts two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with stunning views towards the valley and mountains, and with access to the lower covered rear patio, as well as two very large twin bedrooms
The Space
Villa of approximately 350m2 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including a family bathroom with bath and shower and a guest bathroom. We have a large fully equipped kitchen with large American fridge freezer and chilled water and ice dispenser, the lounge and dining room on the upper floor have comfortable leather sofas and additional seating, the dining table can easily seat eight people. On this floor we find the first guest bathroom. The stairs leading to the sleeping area on the lower level may prove difficult for people with mobility issues. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms both with en-suite showers, and two twin bedrooms which can be converted if required to become double beds on request. These bedrooms would use the large family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the utility room with a shower room. Externally there is an outdoor kitchen with double sinks, BBQ plus a traditional wood fired pizza oven (if used please leave as you would like to find them and clean up the ashes please).
Guest access
Guests have free access to all areas of the house except for a private room upstairs. Guests also have access to the store room and utility room where the water tank, boiler and main switchboard are located.
